I have lived in Gangnam over 20 years. Suddenly, Psy's Gangnam style has gained great popularity in the world and the 'Gangnam' was made famouse by this song. But it seems that his looking and the dance have nothing to do with Gangnam. Psy replied that's the point of this song. So he is saying "Dress Classy, Dance Cheesy."
